A bulky report by the Truth Justice and Reconciliation Commission (TJRC) reads like a third-rate thesis by middle-level college student and should be dismissed with the contempt it deserves because, ending another sad tell of wasted public money. Apart from being chaired by Ambassador Bethwel Kiplagat, a tainted former government official, the commission carried out unprofessional investigations that were scarred by favourism and other sins of omission or commission, rendering the whole report suspect.
